The sales rep lead us too believe we would pay less on our utilities when in fact we ended up paying more, what a big scam. I also was insured that if prices were to go down we would be able to terminate our contract, now we'er being told no. All the repersentativies are misreresenting the prices and conditions of your companys contract. The salesrep that contacted us could barly speek english also.
