I felt compelled to write this comment after reading same complaint posted twice under twoo different names. I feel that whoever this person is it is quite obvious she/he has some personal vendetta against this company. I happen to find out that the same complaint was posted on different web site under again different name. I would suggest to everyone who has concerns to call local BBB and verify for real what the scoop is. I'm glad i did because i purchased and had floor installed by canoak and never had better service. I love my floor and hope others won't pay too much attention to nonsence, especially the one that says that floor completelly fell apart with popping knots "really"? By the way i found out that canoak has NEW OWNERS since Nov.2010 and maybe this has do do with the awsome service and product. I say see it for yourself and don't let others cloud your judjement.
