I have dealt with this company twice and both times I got extremely bad services from them.
The first time I bought all new floor tiles for my kitchen from this company which was more than 200 sq. ft.(Yes it was big) and also used their installer. Soon after the installer ripped up my old tiles he started adding all kinds of extra cost on the basis of making the floor base perfect for his installation. I agreed with him as much as I could but when it just kept adding on I had to say no more'. Right away he said then there would be no warranty, both to workmanship and material. I talked to the manager at the shop. Even though I had already paid much more to improve the floor base she insisted that there'd be no warranty because the floor was not 100% perfect. I said OK just give me warranty on the new tiles in case I find some of them faulty regardless of the floor base she still said NO. No warranty whatsoever. She was rude and so determined to not to accommodate the customer that I just had to let her get off without standing behind her products.
The second time was after a year that I needed some new laminate floor tiles for my bathroom. Thinking that this time there would be no warranty issues I went to their showroom again and found one of their samples with the right pattern. So I placed the order. When the tiles came in 5 boxes half of them had a pattern which was very different from the sample. My contractor tested them by laying them side by side you could tell clearly that they were night & day different. When I phoned I talked to the same manager again. I explained to her the problem and asked to replace the wrong ones with ones that matched the other pattern, which was same as the sample in her showroom. She said I had to pay for the replacement. Furthermore I couldn't open the boxes to make sure the pattern was right. Again she was rude and no matter how I explained how it was not my fault the answer was NO, NO. NO.
This is a really bad company that sells faulty materials and had really bad service. Stay clear!
