A similar event happened to me.
I called The Crack Doctor to fix a leak in a foundation. Small leak from a crack that had developed. They (CD) sent out a tech and recomended a simple injection . $500 . Done I say. They do the job but several months later I see the leak from the same location. Call the CD they send out a Tech. CD re does the area. At this point I think no one is perfect let it go. Several months later same location, same leak. Call CD they send out a tech. Tech says there are voids in the first 2 attempts and is now impossible to seal from the inside. Repair must now be done from the outside.
A little frustrated I say whatever it takes. Then the phone call followed by an Email. Asking for $1300 . I say what about The Fully Transferable Lifetime Warranty? CD says We have spent enough time on this repair and cannot do the work for free.
