We bought our home march of 2004. Since then we have had only problems.
Within the first month, the stones on the front of our home began to fall of the wall smashing as they hit the ground. Someone did after a year arrive to tear the rest of the stones off. Mean while the wood is open to rain, snow etc.. We are still waiting for new stones. The pillars on the front have still not been put in place. They were to be in place the spring we moved into our new home. Still waiting.
The front steps cracked and were replaced, but they did not put the screws in place for the handrail to be put back in its place. Still waiting.
Our backyard is 8.5 inches below grade level. It floods the cement garage pad each times it rains, so we can not use the end of the yard. We are still waiting for this to be fixed.
Flooding happens in our bedroom each times it rains and seeps through the carpet and ceiling into the livingroom. Causing water damage. To be far they are trying to fix this, but this has taken a lot of complaining and a year later.
This is just our home. There is still over a dozen homes on the same street built by the same builder who are facing what I am and much worse.
