We found National Home Warranty Group Inc

very unproffessional. The main concern of the company to deny the claim and close the file. As long they find an excuse they refuse communication with the clients. They refused and neglected to provide to us any documentation evidence they obligated by regulations. They missled the parties involved by chitting the customer. Bobby Colburn prooved in email to have dislike againt the customer and we feel assalted by his comments. The condo quality is very poor and looks like it never been inspected by National. The Brand new condo we purchased was left in unexceptable condition. All warranty problems Bobby called design issues, like a hall in the base of the kitchen

cabinet was called design issue. We found them dihonest

in dealing with the customer. Everytime we found they lied. What ever warranty issue you have to fight with them and it takes at least 6 month. They should provide service during 30 days as per regulations. Bobby is a cover up for poor quality and materials from Concord Pacific Group inc. Bobby stated in his letter to the builder" do what ever you can and we will close the file". What about customer satisfaction? We never been asked if we are satisfied. We fill very stressed out dealing with National Home Warranty Group Inc.

They never cared about our suffering during two year period. Shame on you. You deserve BBB rating you have F-failed. You are a failure to the company Bobby.
