Xp Antivirus File Shredder
No antivirus service

I have paid for a service I have not received and want to request my money back. I ordered what I thought to be a anti virus and file shredder and received nothing in return. I have tried over and over to contact by phone and asked for help on email page and received no reply. This is terrible that this can happen to people who are ordering you product, that does not exist and receive nothing. Shame on YOU. Wendy Cartwright
