Little Burgundy/Aldo
Shoes 2 different sizes

While visiting montreal I purchased a pair of shoes from Little Burgundy. When I unpacked the shoes to wear them I found they had given me one shoe in one size and one shoe in another. I contacted them and was told I could exchange them at any Aldo store in Europe. No Aldo store would accept them. Each time I contact Little Burgundy they tell me something else I need to do, the last time was that the return would only be accepted in person with the shoes in the original box. Obviously I cannot do this and they are aware that I was a tourist visiting. After initially thinking it was a simple mistake I now think this company takes advantage of tourists. The customer service has been poor at best, dishonest at the worst.
