Visited Aeropostle in Langley today, as my daughters really enjoy the clothes & other item they sell. However once we arrived home my daughter noticed the security tag was not removed from her jean capri's. I called the store to inquire why it did not alarm once we exited the store, she mentioned it could have been covered from the other clothes we purchased a total of over 96.00. The only way to remove it without damaging (putting a hole in the jeans) was to come back to the store with receipt, we do not live in Langley, suggested I call my mall in the area to see if they could remove it. Huge inconvience, not only have I paid for jeans that my daughter wants to wear to school, now she can't wear them. I called bootlegger to explain me situation they didn't think it could be removed. Not impressed! This happened to us last yr while shopping in the same store with visiters managed to get off security tag with great difficulty as again couldn't find a retailer in our local mall to remove it. Frustrated :( Won't be shopping here anymore.
