I ordered a canada goose parka for approx 100 us (when sells in canada at 600 us!) vendor [email protected] was the one who received payment via paypal. I received a plastic necklace!!
Paypal investigating, but i complained to VISA that ioffer.com must be directly/indirectly involved as so many complaints but same vendors still sell on their site (and no where else!) a lesson learned, Visa returned funds but what a fraud operation!!
