I have never ever seen such unprofessional mechanics in my life- BEWARE GUYS!!!
I had taken my Toyota Camry for manitenance as I had a red engine check sign coming with a little oil leak. The mechanic put thick oil and said this will stop engine leak. But the engine light was still there and I pointed to that. The owner said that it will eventually go away-just drive. SO, i take the car and guess what- my BIGGEST NIGHTMARE- In the evening I have my wife and 2yr old daughter in the car and as soon as i hit the road, the engine rattles and dies. We are stuck in freezing cold and had to call CAA. They tow the car to this Active Green and Ross location and drops us home. Next day, GUESS WHAT!! the owner denies that it was his problem and said i can buy used engine from him and shields his mechanic. COMPLETELY IGNORES THE CUSTOMER!!
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION- VERY SMILING OWNER BUT WHEN COMPLAINTS COME, WILL TAKE A MICRO SECOND
TO TURN BLIND EYE TOWARDS YOU.
