Went in for my 1sy experience for a routine oil change. We brought out 2001 Saturn in for ONLY an oil change. while sitting in the waiting room, we were told that we need a new air filter, and agreed. The gave us back the car and told us all was well and we left.. The next day while driving to a doctor's appointment, the chart started to choke. Barely got into the parking lot, and the engine started to vibrate loud like to was going to blow up. rtried to drive it back tot he dealership however it couldn't be driven, the engine was loud, and chocking, and it smelled of oil/gas. Called the shop and was told if it was an error becaseu of the oli change they would pay for the tow. Got the car towed there, and they looked and said we need new wires, that is why were were having the porblem. We asked why they didn't tell us that yesterday when I asked how everything was, they said that it is electical problem that could happen at any time. We argued this and the NICE SR mechanic (stven) then changed 1 wire so that the car could get us home. The next day we realized that there is oil dripping on our drive way and the car is now leaking oil!!! we ahve had this car for 1 year without ANY OIL DRIPPING.
We are very disattified about this service and will tell our friends and family NEVER GO TO ACTIVE GREEN AND ROSS IN REXDALE!!
The guy at the front desk was very rude and lack customer service skills...
