E tour called me a few months ago that i won a package deal with them..since the guy who talks to me seem so very nice im convinced to go with the package... guess what.. they give me no enough information promise that i will get my package in three weeks and they said they send me an e-mail ..after 3 months waiting i didn't received any package not a single word from them... so i call them... guess what i get these guys told me they can't understand my accent..im wondering why on earth they know what im saying when they charged me on my visa in the first place if they can't understand my accent E TUOR and travel... are sets of racist and liars..customer service is absolutely rude and not details... YOU GUYS DON'T MAKE ANY RESERVATION IN E TOUR>>>>EVER
