Have not received product or refund

My original order was placed for 30 generic and 30 professional viagara on April 14, 2007 for which they deducted $262.90 from my Visa account. It was to be delivered no later than 21 days. When it didn't arrive I could only get through by e-mail and was told that they had reshipped it. The same thing - no delivery. This time they told me that if I didn't receive it they would refund my money to my Visa account. The product never arrived and I told them to refund my money immediately. They sent me two e-mails saying that it had been sent to my account but it might take 7 - 14 days depending on where the bank was for my Visa. As of today, July 23, 2007 I have contacted them telling them that I checked again today with Visa and I have not had the money refunded to my account.

I requested a phone call today but have not heard from them by e-mail or phone. Their phone # is 1-800-475-3409. My order # 421301. I figure that this is a bogus company but am worried after all this that they could use my Visa fraudulently again. Is there anything that I can do? I am retired and on pension so want others to be aware of this company.
