I suggest if at all possible you stay away from this company. I bought a ticket for my fiance and at the last minute they told me i need to fax them my handwritten credit card information to confirm the ticket. They showed no respect for my credit card privacy and could not communicate between their departments (they already had the info on file from when I paid for the ticket). They are completely incompetent and it took 40 (! ) emails to resolve the matter as they could not answer simple questions and instead bounced me around to different representatives who told me the same "answers" that had nothing to do with my concerns. I had to call the company at a cost to myself to resolve the matter in a way that was still not comfortable for me. They said they needed a hard copy of this info and refused to do anything to insure my security. I did not and still do not feel safe with the way they handled this information.
I had also bought a ticket for myself at the same time. About a month later I tried to check my reservation and couldn't. I wrote to them and 5 days later they replied the flight had been canceled. They had shown no intention of telling me this. Upon asking what about the money I have paid for the tiicket they asked if I would like a refund. I replied of course I would, they seemed perfectly happy just to keep the money. In fact, it has now been 4 months and I hace not received a full refund. It took them 10 weeks and 20 emails to refund my ticket partially and they charged $30 in service charges, as if I was given some service by their stressing me out from December until March! They offered no sympathy, customer service, reward for my time, courtesy, respect, etc. They are shameful, dishonest, and I would recommend with all my heart that you stay away from this company if you value your time and/or money.
