Unprofessional bus driver

Bus: bus 2200, route 7E, 2:30 at Fairview Mall to Charles St, on Sept 19, 08.

This extremely unprofessional white beard mid-age white bus driver; he has some serious anger management issues.

He was yelling at the customers at almost every stops the whole way through. There were not that many people on the bus, he didn't have to rise his voice or SWORE on the bus. There were little children on the bus, I was very shocked by his barbaric behaviour. I hope someone would look into this to change his behaviour.
