I purchased (and paid for) a custom built oar. It was originally sent approximately 2 months after payment by DHL. Per DHL's tracking service it was lost. Island Oars requested to make another one rather than refund the money, which was fine, as I still wanted the oar. It is now another 2 months later (6 months after the original payment) and despite being told almost 4 weeks ago that it was being shipped, I still have neither received the oar nor have I received a response to any of my inquiries.
