Said they had a buyer for my vehical, took my money, never called back, no refund, which was garrentied

I listed my truck in the autotrader and was contacted by them saying they had interested buyers. They wanted me to give $350 and give my credit card over the phone. The offer was too good to pass, guaranteed sale or my money back, so I signed up. Their sales tactics are sneaky leaving you to say yes, my truck didn't sell and they do not reply to phone messages or emails. I followed their form requirements to qualify for the refund and have received nothing.
