They ripped us off on both cars

We bought a 99 crysler concord because we had 4 children and one on the way. We wanted something nice and roomy. We knew we would be paying a very high price but we assumed the car would run for awhile. Due to things beyond our control we found our selves not being able to get a car from a real dealership. Three weeks after we get the car it starts knocking very loudly. When my husband checked the engine the oil was empty they claimed they had just performed an oil change.
When we bought the car we were informed that there actual location was over an hour away but they did work with shops locally that could fix the car if something happened. We were forced to purchase the warrenty on the car or were told they would not exstend credit on the car.
When my husband called to let them know the knock they told us we had to bring it to Glens Falls that we couldn't have it looked at locally. He then found out we had a 2.7 engine and most all of them have a problem and will die around 80 thousand miles. BUt the mechanic in Glens Falls told us the engine was great and it was something we were doing wrong and I could bring it down but they won't do anything for it. Unfortuntly a week befor this my husband had purchased a second car from them.
So we drove the car and continued to put oil in it every other week. Then last week my car stalls at the red light and the check engine light comes on. They come and pick up the car and tell me everything is fine. But they doi take it to there Glens falls shop to look it over and make sure.
That night as my husband comes home with the other car his brakes fall right off the car and the roater is no good. SO after working 12 hours he has to change his breaks so he can make it to work the next day. they tell him oh well not my problem. Also in the time we have had his car they programed the devise that stops it from running if you don't pay your bill wrong. It dosen't run for 3 day over a holiday weekend and we have no way to get ahold of anyone. SO even though we paid for it we couldn't use it. Again oh well not my problem.
Now they want me to pay $80 to get my car back even though it had nothing wrong with it. They changed the oil but we will need to refill it again in a few days. DOn't trust Steve he will only riop you off. They can keep the concord so be careful it is burgandy and not a good running. We also will be giving the accent back it is black so beware.
