Ripoff uncooperative negligent ignorant absurd ridiculous

I bought a parking ticket and displayed it in my front window. They gave me a ticket anyways. They said even though I had proof of the ticket I still had to pay but they would reduce the price of the ticket to half!

I said this was blatantly negligent on their part and have eyewitnesses that saw it there so there must have been a mistake. They told me that they would just send me to collections.

I have since as they don't offer any way to e-mail the information to them and express that if you don't send in a written appeal within 7 days they would take action.
