I accepted this service when a man telephoned and assured me there was a ONE TIME charge. That's right, ONE TIME.

Well, imagine my surprise at monthly charges which have now taken a massive leap.

I want this STOPPED. NOW.

No more mailings, no more charges.

A reputable company would return everything except the one time charge but I'm not expecting that.
