Our receptionist was called by this company and asked for our owner by name. They were told she was unavailable. They then prceeded to ask our receptionists name and what she does at the spa. She was then asked how our debit machine was. She told them it was fine. They told her they were going to send out a repair kit plus 2 boxes of paper for $91.85 per Box and that they Prefer a Cheque and we would receive the package in 3-5 buisness Days.
The owner once informed of this then phoned the company we deal with for our debit machine and inquired about this repair kit. They told her they have no idea what she was talking about and have no records of them calling or sending anything. We were told not to accept the package and to send it back.
We received the package the other day and have just sent it back. We are not sure if we are still going to be billed for the kit but will keep everyone informed if anything further happens.
