Credit Company, Citigroup Inc. I phoned this office about receiving wrong postal mail from them and they threatened to phone the police

I have been receiving personal postal mail from citifinancial which is not mine. I phoned citifinancial last December 08 and informed them. I received another postal letter from them today which is not mine.

I phoned citifinancial to tell them about receiving another letter and got a hostile response from the Branch Manager, Crystal Barkley. She first hung up on me when I described the situation. Then I phoned her back and she demanded and threatened that I give her my postal code or she would phone the police.

This Branch Manager is some kind of a hostile nut and bully. She also said that I would receive more letters. What a whacko!
