Star Capital Securities said we won Sweepstakes of winner of $25, 000, check sent and bank approved transaction, ripped us off addtional 500 dollars

We obtained letter from said company saying we won $125, 000 in american shoppers sweepstakes. Sent check to pay Canadian taxes then after we sent that by money gram they asked for $1200 for state taxes. After that they asked for $1500 which we did not have. So then they asked what we could give to them, so we said $500, with them saying they could pay the rest. Once we did that they said we'd get the balance by fed-ex the next day, which didn't happen.

We have been waiting almost 2 weeks and still no money has been sent. Now we owe $500 to a cash lending business which we can't afford to pay, so all I want is for you to know so no one else gets ripped-off like we did.

Anything that you could do would be greatly appreciated. If there is anything we can do to help we are willing to do.
