Allstate siad I was approved for a loan (Kimberly Owens) and was told to send them 950 dollars, which I did, . It as my rent money, and electric bill. Needless to say, we lost everything because of it. Then they told me as well that I would need to send an addiotional 750, which I did not. After several calls with no answer I finally got ahold of someone and they said they would send me a refund form. It took several calls over several days to get ahold of someone, and they did email me the refund form and told me they would fedex me a check. This was in November and I am still waiting for it.
Any attorneys out there who want to file a class action, Im not sure if you can out of country. I jhave emaile the mayors office in Richmond Hill and they have forwarded it to the Police Department. I am following up on this. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
