I was contact via telephone fraudently Dirty SOB's ripped me off

In July, I was contacted via telephone by an individual saying that I had been approved for a credit card with a limit of $2, 000. I repeatedly asked her if she were sure with my credit history and she said yes. For people like me, this is really, really, hard when you have negative credit and people like this come along and take your money.

Subsequently, $199.00 was debited from my checking account. I waited, and waited and called consistently asking them what the hold up was. When I finally realized that something was wrong, I contacted them at the 416 number and demanded a refund. I was told by a Sandy to fax in a letter, and aa copy of my bank statement showing the debit. Needless to say both the fax number and contact numbers have been disconnected.
