Sweepstakes winner, because I shopped at walmart think its a scam

I believe this is a fake lottery, I received a check for 4, 700 to deposit in my account, then I am supposed to call them back and they will tell me where to send 2, 980 to cover gov. bond fees.
then they said I will get a check for 115, 300. this isn't the 1st time i have been sent one of these scams There is also a referece to silver plus inc.
