Received a letter about North American prize pool in which I never entered and supposedly won 75, 810 dollars. my lucky numbers were 21-23-33-37-41-49 and consequently won the second category. They enclose a check for 3, 995.50 which was deducted from the winnings. The something about a surcharge for 2, 900.25 will be required for payment of taxes on lump sum for winnings.
