I received a call from Greg Williams on my cell phone asking me to call him regarding loan approval. I called him and he said he would send the necessary loan papers to me via fax and all I needed to do is send the $1500 insurance payment via Western Union. I told him I didn't have that much money and he said I could send half and they would take the other half out of my loan. He said I would have the money the next day.
When I checked my account there was no money so I called him and he said I needed to send the balance of the money and then I would have the loan in a few hours. Of course as you figured out there was no money in my account. So I called Mr. Williams again and he said they needed $695 for brokers fees before they issued the loan.
Fortunately this time I went to my niece and her boyfriend for the money, and they being more rip-off savvy then I started checking into web-sites, etc. and discovered truly what a scam this company is. I then called Greg Williams back and insisted on him returning my $1600. He assured me in would be in the mailbox for me on Friday. I asked him if this was just another lie and he became defensive and asked why I would say that. I said, "I wonder-maybe because I still haven't got the loan that was suppossed to come 2 weeks ago.
As you can well figure out there was no money in my mailbox when I checked on Friday. So much for my childrens' Christmas, having a warm place to live, food on the table and my own self dignity.
