Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent loan company, took 2500 never wired loan money to me Internet

I applied for a loan online with this company. They looked to be legitimate. I was contacted 2 days later from a Andrew Carter from flexible business solutions, and was told that I had been approved. I contacted him back to get the details. I was told the loan was coming from a bank in canada so I could get a lower interest rate with my credit history. Unfortunately the bank wouldn't send the money until I made a good faith payment of 2500 dollars. I made the payment. He said the money would be wired to my checking account by wednesday at 3;00pm. The money never arrived and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. No one will return my messages. I did recieve an e-mail with the documents for the loan, but couldn't open the email because they didn't send it correctly. I can't even get through to customer service. It has been one week now and still there has been no contact and no money placed in my account.
