Hi my name is lourdes and i would like to take some time to write you a incedent that happened to me and my family not a very happy one either well here it goes I was in need of a loan i found a company in a news paper that would help persons out with bad credit I called and spoke to susan mcdonald a ssenior loan officer i was told that they would help me out and that i needed some references and some paystubs also my ssi number and driver licences information to fax them to a fax number 1-403-589-5868 which i did in return susan mcdonald if that is her real name fax me back some contracts to sign and read and in that contract she faxed me some papers to read and sign and it showed me the amount of loan i asked for on this paper contract it showed me a policy period of how long i would be paying this loan which was 3years and the intreast rate which was 9.5% added to the loan and the monthly payments i would be sending them which was 144.43 a month for 3 years and also they requested a security deposit of 519.95 to start my loan
I sent this money to here in her name and i callled her to verify that she recieved this money transfer i sent she respondeed by saying that she could not pick up this wire transfer because it was against company policie for her to pick it up, i went back to western union to let them know that if they could change the name of the person who was going to pick up the wire transfer to paul simpson and that he would be in the recieving end to pick up the transfer all went well except that i did not recieve a loan so i called back to the intel financial phone number 1-800-682-4654 to speak with susan mcdonald a co worker of hers named sean picked up the phone and sayed that susan mcdonald was in meeting all day and he would give here the message
I waited 2 days and called again same answer susan mcdonald was in meetings all day i keep phoning them and finally i got a hold of her she said that there was some issues concerning my loan and that the deposit would have to be 383. dollars more i asked her to send me back my deposit that i was no longer intreasted in the loan she responded by saying tha if i cancel now that i would have to pay a canceling fee which would be 800 dollars more so i told her what else do i need to do because i did not want to lose my money susan mcdonald said that i should send the 383 dollars and i would be fine and they would send the money out in 2 weeks so i did i went to western union and sent this money transfer to her and she said to put on there that the person picking up this money would be sherwyn simpson and so i did send the wire transfer
I waited the 2 weeks and no loan so i called back and spoke to a women did not get her name i told her that i needeed to speak to susan mcdonald and she said that she was out of the office so i told her to leave a message and to call me back regarding the loan no one called so i called back and spoke to sean again and he said that she was in meetings and that he would have her calll me back well no one called me back it had been 2 days so i called back and spoke to someone else and she gave me a cell number to her 40-763-8162 i called he rand got her voice message i left a message stateing that i need to know what was going on jwith my loan and why no one was keeping in contact with me about the loan and the money that i transfered to her she never called me back so i called back to the company and another women answered the phone i asked where was susan mcdonald and she said hold on she would get her i did this women did not put me on hold iand i heard her converation with anothe reomen and this other women said that to ktell me that she was not here and to leave a message
Well this person who answered the phone relayed this message to me i asked her who she was talking to and if it was susan mcdonald she stated no that it was he boss damion price i told her that i would like to speak to him and she responded saying that he had just left the building to go home for the day so i called back the same women answered and she said that she would give me her cell number again i called it this was not was not the same cell numbe i got before 403-667-9508 i called and a women answered the phone i asked her if this was susan mcdonald and she repled who was this on the phone i told her that this was lourdes wanting to speak to susan mcdonald she said that this was her sister and that susan was not here that she had gone on a business trip i told her that i needed to speak to her that it was very inportant she was getting very upset with me saying that she could not get a hold of her and that i was not suppose to have this number i said the her office gave me this number she got angry and hung up the phone
I called back in 3 minutes and no one would answer the phone so i called her office intel finacial and they would not answer the phone i did not know what to do i had speant almost all of my husbands and my money with this company intel finacial and with all the long distance and the fees to wire her the money i was in distress i was admitted to the hospital for a panic attack and i had to pay for this also as a week went by i was talking to a co-worker and she said to call the better busines bureau and i did they told me that this was a scam and a ri off that they had done this to 4 other people and or local; news paper for not paying them the fee for running the add for 2 months I later was notified by the FBI that they wanted to know if i had information regarding this scam by intel finacil and ther co- workers i told them yes i have every piece of paper that they sent me and that and all the phone numbers and the her cell number and who i kspoke to and also my reciepts from the money transfers i did FBI informed me that a fbi agent would be at my work to talk to me i showed him all the papers and contracts and he said that everthing they sent me was in order but that i should of not sent them the money to recieve money i told him that that we were so dispreat that i did not think about how everthing was handled by intel finacial and that we were behind in everthing that i needed some help and i was relieved that a company was going to help me especially with my bad credit he told me that most likely that i would not be able to get mony back and that i could keep in conatact with him and that the fbi would let me know what was going on with this case i keep in contact for a year and there was no information to give to me that most likely they left the office that they were occuping, all this happened in august 8, 2002
I have not found anything else about my case. here are some of the names they gave me in case some out there comes in contact with these people if this are there names chairman and chief executive officer john williams and chairman and excutive officer shirley conan and presdent of intel finacial john williams and head accountant /finacial dept intel finacial inc damion price I do have a file number with the fbi and i hope and pray that this people are put in jail for fraud here are some of the phone numbers that were given to me by intel finacial inc they are cell of susan mcdonald 403-763-8162 -403-383-3560 and also from there office is a tooll free number 1-800-866-769-2821 local number is 1-403-667-9508 also the most recent number i got in august 22, 2002 is 403-461-2090 I hope that no ever gets camed like this we unfortunaty lost alot of things but were able to get back with alot of hard work and determentation . thank you for listening to me it has been in the bck of my mind for a long time and i think god for letting find this web site to tell my story
