Stole $10, 000 from me personaly, filed civil claim P0590104433
Civil Claim Reasons:
1. The Plaintiff Lynch Energy Services retained Energy One Resources also known as 1126292 Alberta Ltd. and Energy One Resources U.K. to provide consulting services and to obtain funding with respect to the Plaintiffs business interests. The Plaintiff and the Defendants (Energy One Resources and Energy One Resources U.K.) signed an agreement on April 28, 2005 which provided that the retainer fee of $10, 000 Canadian was 100% refundable. The agreement provided payment to the Defendants (Energy One Resources and Energy One Resources U.K.) only if the Defendants (Energy One Resources and Energy One Resources U.K.) were successful in securing funding for the Plaintiff.
2. The agreement stated that the Defendants (Energy One Resources and Energy One Resources U.K.) would complete their obligations within 60 days of signing this agreement and that in the event of non-completion a full refund of the retainer will be provided upon written request within 30 days following the 60 day completion period.
3. The Plaintiff has requested the Defendants (Energy One Resources and Energy One Resources U.K.) to refund the retainer but has not received monies from the Defendants (Energy One Resources and Energy One Resources U.K.).
4. The Defendant Energy One Resources Alberta is wholly owned and directed by the defendant Ana Fassmann and the Defendant Steve Fassmann. I believe that Steve Fassmann and Ana Fassmann had no intention of being able to procure funding for the Plaintiffs business interests and have misrepresented their ability and intentions throughout.
5. The Defendant Martin Lamb represented himself as the Chief Executive Officer of Energy One Resources U.K. and negotiated the contract with the Plaintiff. I believe that Martin Lamb had no intention of being able to procure funding for the Plaintiffs business interests and have misrepresented their ability and intentions throughout.
To date numerous other expenses have been occurred, ie phone calls never returned to U.K. totaling over 75$, claim filing fee of $200 not to mention deals lost in my business and all the stress and time spent dealing with this matter!
Stay clear of these people, never do business with them.
