I was told i had been approved by Capital One for a secured visa credit card for 300.00 and they cashed my 75 dollar cheque and said i would be recieving my credit card soon but it never came and trying to contact them turned out to be impossible so i wrote a letter to the addreess they had provided but got no response and i had thought maybe someone had gotten my card but i guess i was wrong for now i have read these reports and its been over six months. Its unfortunate for i could really use something like this to repair my credit and now im out money i could have used.
