I answered advertisement from Cincinnati Enquirer newspaper (located in Cincinnati, Ohio United States) in efforts to obtain a loan for $10, 000.00 US Currency.
I spoke with a young lady named Cynthia Spicer, whom walked me through the process of obtaining this loan.
Ms. Spicer informed me that I needed to Western Union a sum of $980.00 US Currency plus $79.00 US dollars for the insurance on this loan.
After doing all steps, Cynthia Spicer has since never returned my phone call. I am out $1, 059.00 in US monies that I had to borrow from someone else in order to get this loan. When I received this loan, I promised this other party that I would pay back the money borrowed first, then use the remaining monies to take care of my personal matters. In addition, I did not receive the $10, 000.00 in U.S. funds either. So now I have to repay money for a loan I NEVER obtained.
