Unable to use without access code

I downloaded trial RegWork and paid for same via Credit Card. Have not received access code to active the program. I am not interested in continually trying to get information for opening the program. I would like to cancel order and receive a credit on my Credit Card account. Who do I go to from here? Any suggestions would be helpful.
