My credit card was charged January 8 for my "free sample" - just pay the shipping. The shipping charge was charged to my credit card, however no product was ever delivered. My confirmation e-mail gave me a phone number that is not valid. I have no way of reaching the company to inquire as to where my order may be - 6 months later!!!
