My credit card company is not helping me to stop the payments from coming off my VISA when I have sent all the tea back to sender and made attempts to contact them, but the only address is the chinese manufacturer and not the ship from distributor in the UK.

So, does anyone know how I can go about following up with this or making my credit card company believe me? HELP
