Diet Max
Fraudulently Billed

I signed up for a free trail of "Pure Cleanse". Before the trial period was over, the company billed my credit card for $87.13 US. I had no idea that they had done this until I received my Master Card statement. I tried to call the company, but their 1-800 # had a rapid busy signal. I went to the website and found the following statement "domain name may be for sale by owner". Bottom line, there is no way to contact them. I called my credit card company and was transferred to the fraud / dispute department. They informed me that they had received many calls of this nature and that they were working with Master Card International to investigate these complaints. The credit card company stated that they would prevent any further funds from being stolen from me by issuing a statement to the bank that diet max deals with. They also informed me that "Diet Max" is now operating under another name. This is a scam. Aside from the financial aspects of this particular scam, the product not only doesn't work, it made me sick. They are associated with a company that also offers Acai Berry capsules as part of this scam. If this has happened to you, contact your credit card company immediately. Chances are you aren't the only person who got scammed. This is being investigated. The more complaints your credit card company receives, the more likely you are to get your money refunded.
