I'm asking a complete refund, and the cancellation of the contract. You're saling some products base on false representation (COLON CLEANSE ACAI PURE). We're supposed to have a free trial period if we pay the handling.
The transaction have been done in QUÉBEC and the law clearly say you must give a detail and you didn't. There's NOTHING CLEAR ON YOUR PUBLICATION!!! You made a confuse publication to confuse the consumer is NOT LEGAL to QUÉBEC in the protection of consumer in the articles (54.4, 54.6 and 54.7) your sale is NOT LEGAL.
So i ask you a total refund and the cancellation of the membership within 15 days and i forbid you to add any charge without my autorisation.
