Watch india TV
Neither service nor refund, no telephonic communication

I took the services from Watch India to watch Indian TV channel and paid yearly subscription in DEC. 2011, they send me TV box in 1 st week of Jan 12, I set the TV according to instructions, TV could not work, you can not call them for technical or customer service, only chat, I spend more than 40 hours to chat but still it is not working. There is no positive response, I requested to refund my money, but no reply. I don't know how to take refund from them
