Company respect for customers

I have been using the product Magic Jack for two years now, and it is wonderful. It works very well, and I have saved a lot of money up to now. I wouldn't give it up for the world. The problem is the company itself. I tried to contact them for a question, and was still in front of the screen waiting for the agent to answer my question over an hour later. There is no phone number, no address, and the "live agent" kept pressing prerecorded answers like "I am sorry for the delay, I will be with you shortly", one after the other. I finally received the answer I was waiting for over an hour and two agents later, and between every message, there was a wait of around ten minutes of prerecorded answers. I was so frustrated, I asked where I could file a complaint, and the site they gave me hasn't worked. The product is wonderful, the company smells like a dead rat.
