I ordered flowers for a friend who had broken her leg. After 5 days of trying to find out why the flowers were not delivered, a crushed box of dead flowers was dumped at her door and left without even ringing the bell. She called when they arrived so I went over to have a look. The flowers in the box did not is any way resemble my original order, I guess they thought I'd never know. They ahd substituted three pathetic stems of cheap damaged flowers and 2 pieces of salal. They had been tossed into the box without any wrapping to protect then and the stems had been jammed into a piece of dry oasis. It was a total rip off... very embarrassing for me and disappointing for my friend. Their customer service people were rude and not the least bit interested in doing anything to rectify the situation. I asked for a full refund and they told me I had to send back the dead flowers by courier at my own expense to prove there was a problem. What a bunch of loosers.
