Like many other's I've read here as well as other sites I too have been mislead by the questionable sales reps at Tepperman's. We too have been loyal customers to Tepperman's for a number of years and up until recent have never had any real concern. We have had two issues recently, first was with our washing machine that was tearing clothing. Thought at first we were doing something wrong maybe over loading the machine, after all this is our first front loading washer. So we tried reducing the amount of clothing we loaded the machine with... no change and still produced holes. We were first told by a telephone rep at the store this this would not be covered under their warranty. I proceeded to ignore their telephone rep and called their extended warranty company directly and sure enough it was covered, a simple adjustment to the machine so far seems to have corrected the issue.
