Over the year, s I have recently spent alot of money here and hopefully continue too do so, but I have run into a problem with a microwave with a extended warranty threw CORNERSTONE. Tina is the person I, m dealing with and it is very frustrating. The repair people is threw Mcfadden Repair. The microwave quit at the end of October 2009. They came out too fix it and couldn, t repair with a control board, so the repair person said he had to take too his shop, and it would take a week, so after a week or so I called still not working he was going to try another part and call back in a week, so I called Tepperman, s to find out what is going on they said it is out of hand, s you have to call Cornestone so I called them again and talked to Tina who responded we are waiting to here from Mcfadden Repair and we will get back to you in aweek then I said the microwave only cost so much why are you wasting that much time on it she couldn, t respond all she could say was another week! Well here we are it, s Dec/26 /09 and still no microwave and you can just imagine what I think of Tepperman, s and the extended warranty threw Cornerstone and dealing with Tina, s lie.s. The last time I talked to her I would have the microwave back by Christmas, another lie I don, t know how she keep, s her job and as far as Tepperman, goes I will never go there again and when does a warranty place tell a repair person how to fix a microwave when he say, s it can, t be fixed. The only thing I can say is pay up you already have spent more than it is worth Now give me a microwave that Work, s.
