Marina Koehler, Lip Treats Money paid, goods never received... very disspointing service from LipTreats

I have ordered some "boy repellent goo" from Lip Treats back in August.

I have paid but never received the goods. The person who handles everything, Marina Koehler, is very unhelpful, pretends to care but really couldn't be bothered. I followed up on my order every couple of weeks and very seldom received a reply. Lip Treats was not able to provide me with a tracking number, nor any proof that my order has been, actually shipped. I, however, can prove that they have taken my money. They just don't care. I believe that keeping money for goods that were never shipped is called theft.

I thought I would play fair and, in the light of their attitude towards their customers, I would warn them of my intention of complaining on your website. Well... 10 min later I received a reply, no more nice Marina, nasty Marina took her place. She didn't make any sense, really... But what a change in attitude!!

I looked up this business and it looks like it is not registered... is that not illegal?

Anyway, bottom line is please do not buy from Lip Treats in Canada, they will ripp you off. Why should they get to keep your money without actually delivering the goods?
