On 8/19/10 I signed up with Swipe Auctions-When I realized what they were doing I contacted them and said cancel my account and refund the $159.
They told me to go on the web site and get the forms to fill out, which I did and sent back right away.
They told me that my account was cancel and I will get my money back.
When I received my cibc statement. I Call my cibc visa and told them.
I was checking up to see if my credit came in on my statement and notice that it was not there. I call my bank Jan 5-2011 they said that there was no information on this, which I did call them on Sept. 27, 2010
They give the a phone # 888-541-0915 which is not in service.
Back in Sept. II went on the web site and got this number 866 389 3870 and stope to someone there.
I try this number and the recording say to go on there web site and chat.
I still have not received the credit. If this is not a SCAM, then what is??? Now they have an internet posting telling how easy it is to get a refund--DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!!
