Bought product online, made an error and called company. They told me they cancelled my order and redid it on the phone. Recived both orders, got billed for both on my credit card. After many phone calls, we are getting this fixed, we think. Now i am getting a new charge on my credit card from them again. Called and they said a new order was in, even though i did not place any orders. They would not cancel it, they told me to return it and they would credit me. Never received any products. Today i received an email from them saying that another order was in, and my credit card was no longer valid. True because i cancelled my card after this previous charge. I replied to their email and explained this is a fraudulent order as i have not placed any orders. They responded by telling me how they are billing me? I am at my wits end with them. I would never make another purchase from them, and i would strongly urge anyone thinking about buying, don't. This company needs to smarten up and pay attention to the customer, and until that happens, stay clear. I will update this if we ever get a refund or reply from them.
