I'm very disappointed with the service I received from the customer service dept from Bad Boy furniture store. I bought kitchen appliances fridge, stove and dishwasher machine in Oct 2005 with warranty I might add... Well!!! my fridge stopped working, called bad Boy customer service no response x 2 days, called again... answer machine-left message... no response... called next day... arrange date for Friday... service person arrived (shocked... arrived the stated time as agreed 10 am) states " compressor blown..need new one... have to order" Now Monday comes along... call service dept... a very rude call service person states " take time to get approval from head office to buy compressor" APPROVAL I HAVE WARRANTY THAT'S WHY I PAID EXTRA... no fridge for 9 days and counting. For now my fridge is the GARAGE... someone please help... Ingrid
