WARNING: DO NOT CONTACT "WINDSOR APPLIANCE" FOR ANY REASON
Began to have dishwasher problems so I called "Windsor Appliance" for assistance. First technician came out thought he had fixed problem but same problems occurred right after he left.(dishwasher sounded like a lawn mower- product of Fridgedaire 3months old-I have videos to proove it). So I called "Windsor Appliance" once again, they said it would be a couple of weeks before a different technician could come out. Second technician came out, guessed at what problem could be, told his student in training "Windsor Appliance technicians don't get paid enough to sit here and watch a dishwasher until the problem begins to happen". So the technician left and asked me to try something and call "Windsor Appliance" with results. (that was the third visit ongoing over 2 months). So after calling them back with what technician had instructed me to do they figured it was the motor. Waited 4 weeks before someone was available to come to my home because the technician was enjoying his vacation and customer service rep stated no other technicians available although I had already dealt with 3 of them by this time. Anyways, motor arrives at "Windsor Appliance" after 4 weeks of waiting with no phone call to say that it will be delayed after being told it would take a "couple of business days". "Windsor Aplliance" calls me to say we have a technician available for tomorrow (now we are 3 months deep). I requested someone come that same day to less inconvenience me as I had already been inconvenienced enough and would have had to make special arrangements should they need to come the following day. They told me to find another company that can better suit my needs and hung up in my face. I requested to speak to manager who basically did the same exact thing as the other rep and did not want to provide me with the owners name. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company in my entire life. My advice to the people of Windsor Essex, never call this company even if your life depended on it!
