I faxed and emailed this company and got one reply which stated that someone would look into the matter. I never heard from them again. There were no more replys to my calls or emails

A quality web site and a quality company really show up in the final product recieved.
What would you think of a company that can't even get an order correct for one item?
A simple item that cost $3.00, will soon escalate to the cost of $20 if I want to send it back to obtain the correct item I orignally ordered.
On June 1, 2007 I ordered an internal power cable, a y-splitter cable
(CPWLS10Y). There is a specific reason why I wanted
this particular y-splitter power cable; because you can connect a optical drive (which uses a regular 4 pin power connector) and a floppy drive, (which uses a 4 pin mini connector). This is not the product that I recieved
The main male connection splits into these two female connections, different from one another in size.
What I was shipped was a Y-splitter power cable that you use to connect two floppy drives to.
It only shows that your company's primary concern is making money, not making sure that you provide the product that your customer ordered and wanted. A subsutitution is not good enough for me. It will not help me to connect to drives I need connected.By taking a short cut you have cause me distress and inconvience.
I am poor and can not afford to pay for other people's mistakes. I made sure I ordered the right part. You did not fulfill you part of the transaction. I consider this fraud, even for the small amount
of $1.30. Because I now have something I did not order, and now have to buy another cable to correct your error.
Your company needs to take the item shown as (CPWLS10Y) off of your web site. What I recieved is not that which was pictured.
